Working in mental health for over 30 years, she has experience with a broad range of issues, including trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, chronic illness and late-life diagnosis of autism.
While life can be very, very difficult, it is up to us to find or create meaning. Sometimes we know what to do, but we feel stuck. Sometimes we need direction and sometimes, we just need to share the part of the journey we are currently in without being judged or blocked.
